Subscription Terms

1. What the subscription opens

1.1 The Beeloc subscription gives access, from https://www.beeloc.com, to every search the service offers: location requests by text message, reverse phone lookup, reverse username lookup and lost-phone search.

1.2 The request history remains available in the account area for as long as the subscription is running.

1.3 Last updated: 30 July 2026.

2. Price and tax

2.1 Access begins with a trial offer of $1.61 for 48 hours, and then continues at $87.71 per month.

2.2 Amounts are stated inclusive of all taxes. The applicable tax is that of the customer's country of residence.

3. From trial to monthly subscription

3.1 The trial offer runs for 48 hours from subscription and gives access to every feature.

3.2 At the end of those 48 hours the monthly subscription starts automatically, unless cancelled beforehand. It is then charged on the same date each month.

4. Payment method and price revision

4.1 Charges are taken automatically from the payment method registered at subscription and appear under the descriptor Beeloc.com.

4.2 The customer keeps a valid payment method on file and may change it at any time from the account area.

4.3 Any change in price is notified by email at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect; the customer remains free to cancel before that date.

5. Cancellation

5.1 The subscription has no minimum term and may be cancelled at any time.

5.2 Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Access remains open until that date and nothing is charged afterwards.

6. Failed payment

6.1 If a charge is declined, Beeloc may re-present the payment and suspend access to searches until the situation is resolved.

6.2 Failing resolution, the subscription may be terminated automatically, without prejudice to any sums still owed.

7. Right of withdrawal

7.1 A consumer customer resident in the European Union has fourteen (14) days from subscription in which to withdraw.

7.2 By requesting immediate access to the service, the customer asks for it to be performed before that period expires and loses the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

8.2 Before raising a dispute with their bank, customers are asked to contact Beeloc first, as most situations are resolved within a few business days.
